Tire Barn Warehouse, 1340 East Stone Drive

Just pulled in about 20 minutes ago, and it was about 10 minutes, 11 minutes until closing, which is 7pm EST. The only person in there was a woman Ive never met before, and someone outside leaving possibly a employee too with them, anywho not sure (assuming she is the new manager by them standing at the counter). She had locked the door, they didn't know what I was there for what I was going to ask or anything, I didn't even need full service. 1 question. I'm just writing to see if this has happened to anybody else. If this is a common thing now? I've been a customer of tire for years and years......... and years. The previous manager retired that I know of and I knew everybody in the whole shop and then the manager that came in after him was really, really good at running the business too, but now it appears to be some woman and that was kind of rude honestly, they went back to the counter and just stood there, I took a photo of the doorway and I got on the phone and I called somebody that works/worked there to see if that was normal, they couldn't confirm.. However I dont have anything bad to state other then this because they have been a really great company to be a customer too. This was the 3rd tire shop I went to mind you and the only one that could help me. I tried going to Discount tires where I got all 4 tires and they told me an hour and half long wait. All I needed was a plug for my one tire! Go to Tire Barn if you don't want to wait forever for a small fix or some tires. ??
