I didn't even have to park. I called ahead for a higher end tire for winter in indiana and noticed during payment that couldn't be the correct model . Said something and was corrected immediately..they replaced a tire that was pulled from my other vehicle, was able to get road hazard,unlike Walmart and had me back out before anyone in the waiting room that didn't call ahead !

We ended up making an appointment to get a tire checked but when we went back we didn't have to wait long and before we knew it we were on our way. They were very professional and treated us very well.
